Now that you’ve curated your four-legger’s bowl, we’d love to hear your feedback. Please have the following ready before filling out the below form.

1. Before Photos & Videos:

Capture any visible problem areas your pet is experiencing — like tartar build-up, a dry coat, or skin issues. These will help show the starting point.

2. Herbsmith in Action:

Try each Herbsmith product with your pet as you explore curating the bowl. Take photos and videos of the process–whether it’s mealtime excitement or those cute candid moments along the way!

3. After Photos & Videos:

Document any improvements you notice–like a shinier & healthier coat or reduced tarter buildup. Your side-by-side comparisons will highlight the transformation.

4. Share Your Experience:

Record a short video sharing your thoughts on the process and how Herbsmith has made a difference for you pet. We’d love to hear your story firsthand!
