Brittany Meyer was born and raised in Ellicott City, MD. She began riding and taking lessons at the age of eight years old and has been hooked ever since. At 10, she began learning the ropes of eventing. She became actively involved in the United States Pony Club and started moving up through the ratings. It wasn't long before Brittany had the opportunity to represent the Maryland Region as a competitor on their dressage team at the USPC National Championships.

Brittany continued to event while pursuing her B.S. in Animal Science with a concentration in Equine Studies from the University of Maryland. In college, she began competing at the Preliminary level and achieved her H-A Pony Club rating. At the age of 20, she had completed her first CIC* and CCI* with her hot Thoroughbred, Irish Jig. During and after college, Brittany had the opportunity to be a working student for both Mary Grantham-Cook and Australian event rider, Kadi Eykamp.  Brittany has also been blessed to work with renowned event riders such as Buck Davidson, Sharon White, Stephen Bradley, and Sally Cousins.

In 2010, Brittany was named United States Eventing Association's Adult Amateur Rider of the Year and the 5th Adult Training Rider in the country. Brittany has high hopes for her event horse, Parker Station, who is currently competing at the Preliminary level. She is based out of Woodbine, Maryland where she enjoys teaching local Pony Clubs. With high aspirations for her future, Brittany is looking forward to moving up through the levels. www.BrittanyMeyerEventing.com

Sound Horse Herbal Liniment

I have been using Sound Horse Herbal Liniment after all of my strenuous jump schools, cross country schools, and competitions.  It has kept Parker's legs cool, tight and ready for the next event!  It also has helped cool out his body quickly and relieve any muscular soreness after a tough training or competition day.  Not to mention, it smells great and is very gentle on his sensitive skin!
